The concept is all about reaching towards the center of the circles surrounding each other. The white dots are supposed to reach the core of the circular paths which is protected by these red dots guarding it.
The design of the game is very much satisfying the gameplay or the concept of the game. It is as simplistic as can be where you play just a white dot need to cross the circular paths towards the center. In terms of design, all you can find is the changing background color which is kept soothing and unattentive. The graphics of the game is just on the basic elements such as circles and dots. It is designed to be a singular platform-one frame puzzle game.
Gameplay with Goto Dot might seem simpler, it can be to just understand but not to play. It is still one of the trickiest game to play. If you got good luck or bit of focus, you might reach to score 6 or 8 but not more than that. You control these white dots which are supposed to be reached or indulged to the big white core. But to reach there, you as a dot have to face the revolving red spike dots moving constantly on their respective circular path. They move either clockwise or anti-clockwise. You need to use the LEFT mouse click to make the white dot move further. You need to prevent any kind of collision with those red dots while reaching out towards the core of the circle rings. There are overall three circles wrapped up around the white core on which these spike red dots are moving. Each and every dot on these circular paths have their own speed and directions. You need to click to move white dots further into the circle when it passes the spot where you are going to be so the next dot will come after a while. In that short window of time, you need to escalate but also need to take care of the same thing in the further circular path. You won’t have much time to think, so it is necessary you understand how these dots move and what difference of time and space they have in-between each other. More the number of white dots you get into the core, the better score you will have.
Use LEFT mouse click to move the little white dots further into the circular paths towards the core. Once you get one down in the line, you got another.
Tips to Play
1. First of all, the easiest thing to do is always enter in the first circular path when the red dot just have crossed your point, so you get some time to move inwards before the next dot come to hit you on that particular circular path. Good timing in the entry can be the half-win in this case.
2. Remember that every time you get one dot successfully add towards the centric core, the directions of the moving dots in the path changes. Make sure you understand and take some close look at the movement and patterns of those moving dots.
3. Avoid close calls of movement. It usually never work if you get caught in the circular path where the red dot is just going to hit you but you cannot move to the next as another red is just going to reach at that very spot you about to move. So you kind of stuck and with a fraction of second, the game will be over.
4. You can try a trick where the first movement or step and also the second most of the times, should strategy-oriented. Just wait for the right space to move as you will get that in those first two paths. But with another one or even at the second one, you will miss the red dot coming at you as it is faster and closer. The best could make the first one or two movements or step easy and strategy, rest just go with spontaneity and speed to reach the white core dot. As you cannot wait much longer in the last line of the circular path.
