You have to hit strategically focus on hitting the mystery spaceships hovering at the top. There is another secret that if you hit the mystery spaceship with your 23rd shot, you will get 300 bonus points. Even if you missed it, you can score 300 bonus points every 15th time you hit at Mystery spaceships. So you have to keep a track of how many shots you have taken.
